hey candace, it's great to see you doing well as ever. im also about to start a job soon. life has been difficult but this year has been very good, I'm pretty happy these days (which is a weird thing for me to say). Good to see you've been well too. We can have a few bad days, weeks or years... but then we find our rhythm.

Keep it up!

You're one of the people that motivated me to seek a diagnosis. Thank you for that! 😊 I'm currently between stages 4 & 5 I think.
Wishing you all the best! 🤗
But also a little caution note: People should only seek a diagnosis after doing lots of research on ADHD. Our local hospital actually stopped doing ADHD diagnosis a couple of months ago, because too many people wanted a diagnosis, who only saw one or two videos/TikToks about the topic and didn't have any "real" symptoms 😣

watching this from iran, i was always the innovative one in the class and also the odd one
for me the upsides were more than downsides cuz unlike your culture
if we don't study, we got to go to military service so there was always enough dopamine for studying regarding fear of forced military.
tnx for video
