He actually embarrassed my former industry. He was a housekeeper by trade, and I worked in the hospitality industry at 4 diamond resorts and working in a team was essential. I saw his cooking skills and noticed I could cook better as I know how to scale up or down my idea's.

I never understand why the judges are catching shade in every comment section of this moment for saying this. They want him to not be arrogant, and there are so many opportunities in this show to learn from each other, if he's unwilling to do that, he will hardly improve. They didn't reject him on the spot either, Alvin gave him a yes too, just said he'd not let him be this arrogant unless he's without fault, which is reasonable from him.
