Birkenhead Police. Cave men and women

I have had to deal with so many police forces in my time, and found them as helpful as a hole in a bag. The worst has to be Birkenhead stone age, cave men and woman, who stare at people when to come into reception, such a stare that says, "What the hell do you want, peasant; can you see I am very important, and busy sitting around chatting to colleagues?"
