Hi there. The grapes probably cost more now because they are not in season. Fruits that are on sale and are plentiful are usually the ones in season. Right now strawberries, cherries, and melons are in season so you may find better deals on those. Grapes are in season in the fall so they'll be cheaper then.

Good afternoon - there is an issue with grapes because of the mass flooding in California, not going to get better any time soon. At one point where I am, SE MI they were 7.99 a pond, heck no!

Fantastic haul & great job staying in budget!! Grapes are super pricey at Aldi right now. Nearly $7 for a bag similar to the one you got. I put it back. My kids sort of liked the cotton candy grapes. They ate them. But haven't asked me to get them again 😂.

Great haul! I love shopping what we already have before going to the store it helps so much!! I was buying those fine green beans all the time until I got a bad bag that had tough stringy beans in it and haven’t bought them again. Have you had any issues with the quality?
