I did Motherlode mine all the way from when you unlock it to 99. Was it worth it? Hell no. Was it AFK? Yes.

If you waste your nuggets and wanna get your coal bag you can sell your prospector back to pursy

Mining iron ore at the mining guild near the bank (and banking the ore) actually gives a max xp of ~62.5k, using dragon pickaxe and varrock armour 3. At least thats what i get.

5:29 ... there is a better place for this, the mine by ardougne (infront of legends guild) has 3 iron ores in a triangle so no need to move like here

Mining requires a pickaxe, if you didn't know that already you should probably slow down on tutorial island.

So im guessing because the Varrock Ellie top can be used as the prospector top (only when wearing the entire rest of the prospector outfit), that means it can also be used at the motherload mine. I see it used very frequently.

Just a heads up, it has to be elite varrock plate to replace prospector top.

other than 3 tick mining, what would be faster for 99? mother load mine, blast mining, or that one mining boss "Volcanic mine"?
