My friend is a big keyboard guy, and I never really understood the appeal until I saw this. Absolutely beautiful piece. Makes me wish I had the ability to do all that, but then again I’d be afraid to ever touch it in fear of damaging it.

The frame you designed along with the color, gives me a 'Luke's speeder' vibe.

First off, wow at your keyboard collection, crazy nice. Love seeing Pulse again, still one of my favorite sets. Also, I LOVE your 3D printed case, the design compliments the keyset perfectly, really, really nice result.

What a beautiful build! I really love the design of the case, very cool and retro. I wish I had a print bed that size, the bed of my Anycubic isn't nearly that big so I would have to print a case out of multiple parts, glue, fill, sand and probably airbrush it at the end. And I'm definitely not committed enough to pay that much for a keycap set 😅 I'm more an Aliexpress during a sale kinda person 😂

I've been huge into keyboards for a few years now and totally forgot about the SA Star Wars sets. What a pleasant surprise to see in my sub feed from one of my favorite content creators

Best looking keyboard I've ever seen. That 3D printed case you made is outstanding

This is very cool! The case design almost gives me Land Speeder vibes, I am sure with you USB-C plug you could almost make an adapter and cover piece to make it more flush. But hats off to you, I am in the process of resin printing a case and "custom" build at the moment

This is incredible in how knowledgeable you are on all this.

You've made the idea of designing a custom keyboard very approachable. Thanks!

Ha, that's cool. A Jabba Palace themed Keyboard. :) That turned out to be a lot of assembly work, but awesome results. Nice!

They just put these on clearance for $75! Had my eyes on them for awhile now and I'm glad I waited, going to put them on a Lilac Zoom98 when they both arrive.

Re-soldering must have been a pain, but the end result is very impressive!

I’m surprised you didn’t create a jabba throne keyboard case. Great video btw. Love the keyboard collection, I honestly didn’t know it was a thing.

I knew sort of offhand that you dabbled into keyboards too but it's nice seeing two of my interests together on a channel I didn't necessarily expect 😁 also hell yeah zealios gang!!! I've been dabbling into linears recently but my heart is really about my good ol' zealios 78g board

I'm curious about your layout and mounting style preferences.

Also you could easily make this into a gummy o-ring mount or o-ring burger mount instead of just a regular tray mount... just a thought 😁

I’m not a fan of custom keyboards, I don’t see the point myself, but wow that turned out absolutely incredible! Great work!

Heatset inserts are not meant to be used like that. You need to model the holes in, so you have 4 or 5 perimeters around the insert to give it the rigidity it needs.

Can you upload the file for the case? I really like it:)
