INGREDIENTS
4-6 Sweet Potatoes
1 Cup Granulated Sugar
1/2 Cup Light Brown Sugar
1 TSP Cinnamon
1 Large Egg
4 TBSP Unsalted Butter Melted
1/2 Cup Heavy Cream or milk
2 TSP Vanilla Extract
1/2 TSP Salt

TOPPING
1 Cup Light Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup All-Purpose Flour
1/2 TSP Cinnamon
4 TBSP Unsalted Butter Softened
Marshmallow Puffs For Garnish

This is one of my favorite dishes. So much so that I started growing sweet potatoes in my garden just so I could Supply myself with enough for all year round

I'm weird about textures and really appreciate that there aren't any nuts in this. After all, when eating something so creamy and smooth, I don't want to bite into a "rock", aka, any nuts. Thank you so much for sharing your cooking talent and recipes!!!

I stole this recipe from Ruth Chris! Add a couple more eggs if you really want that soufflé texture. And a hand mixer to get all those strings out.
