It was sooo nice to see Lizzy and Lacey and Kylie back in one video again. And Lacey being her energetic self was just amazing 🫶🏽

Aubrey should start a food journal to refer to next time she has a headache. And also take her blood pressure at the beginning and end of the headache. She just might find that a common food triggers her headaches, even the caffeine in drinks. Shelly, I can't eat any of the pepper family unless it is fermented or brined. Vinegar based hot sauces, like Franks I can eat in moderation. Otherwise, fresh peppers, even bell peppers cause severe gastrointestinal issues including vomiting, stomach pains and diarrhea. Not fun when the vomiting starts 10-15 minutes after eating and you are throwing up in the parking lot!

I love it when the older kids show up. It sounds like Aubrey has cluster migraines. They are very common in teen ladies because of hormones. I am no doctor, just a former cluster migraine sufferer. Most medications don't help. You are in my prayers Aubrey and I love the earrings. It never hurts to try something because what doesn't work for some, may work for others.

I'm with Shelly. I don't like my kids having energy drinks. They do have harmful tendencies. Just like most things, there definitely has to be moderation.

Love seeing all the girls together. My daughter used to suffer from constant headaches and we started going to the chiropractor and now they are gone. I know not everyone believes in these doctors but they helped a lot!

I agree with Pamela. I can’t have anything with caffeine. Chocolate, energy drinks, and so on. As well as any carbonated drinks.

Aubrey may have food allergies. Takis has MSG in them and some people can not tolerate MSG. I love and crave the taste of foods with MSG in it such as Cheetos and fast food from KFC. However, I get really bad headaches from these types of foods. Keep a food diary and see if you can see a pattern in the headaches. Headaches can also be hormonal in nature. This can also be tracked on a calendar. Good luck on finding things that work for you. Chronic headaches are exhausting! 💜

I did an allergy test because I had chronic headaches and after multiple doctors saying nothing was wrong, one doctor referred me to allergy testing. I also had issues with anxiety. I was consuming items I was allergic to on a regular basis without knowing. Once I had my allergies under control my headaches drastically decreased and my anxiety decreased some. I would look into allergy and sensitivity testing if you have never done any. I hope you can find something that helps ❤

I used to drink energy drinks and when I didn’t have one I would get migraines. I was advised to stop drinking energy drinks and the headaches gradually went away.
