He clearly gets his memory back, isn't tired to a wheelchair and married Aphmau. To escape the traumatic memories of the past, the group finally go their separate ways.

Aaron chooses to live in a secluded area with Aphmau where they build a home together and start anew. Eventually a new little Lycan is born into the world

Thus giving us they happy ending we all wanted and desperately needed
