Sir in case pf 304( A)...Hit and run case..if a person dies ...in tht accident can 304 (A) can be extended to life imprisonment...from the punishment of two yrs as given in 304(a)

Sir, wht is diffrnc bw sec173 &193?..i mean that in sec 193 when magistrate takes congnizance after complaint, then magistrate himself frames charge against accused or he directs the police officer to conduct the investigation and then charge will frame?
