I Made Another Electric Mini Bike in my Dorm Room // I need to stop

Yep I did it again, I built another electric mini bike with what used to be a razor mx350. But this time I crammed it all onto a Ninebot kids bike for some reason, so I could be 10 more inches off the ground, and so it's technically* street legal where I live.

Seriously though, great build. The walkthrough was nice and the red 40 joke was way more funny to me than it should have been. It was fun seeing how other people solve the same issues, as I also made a diy electric bike conversion. The sprocket set up is questionable (6 zip ties) and had the same motor rotating under torque issue. I haven't got to riding it much though because the chain and clicking is so loud.

Buy an Exway Ripple skateboard (or something similar weighing 5-6kg), and take off all the heavy parts like the maple deck, heavy trucks, and front wheels. Keep only the 0.5kg battery, 0.05kg motherboard + ESC, and the back wheels with motors.

Use some alloy or carbon fiber to make a tiny deck (like half of a penny board). This way, you would get a pocket electric vehicle with about a 10km range.

I actually care about the speed, and the torque. You must do a second video where you upgrade your battery and may be, maybe make a 2 speed transmission. I'm actually trying to make a 2 speed transmission on an rc car but I lack of modeling skills... Anyway your video was great ! Thumb up from france 🥐🥖
