A wonderful video! I've heard the term "Full English" tossed around, but never really figured out what-all went into it.
5:14 - as a side-note, I prepare my toast in a frying pan. I lay down a little butter and put my rounds of toast in there. That's frequently how I've seen toast done in American diners on the "flat-top", and it works nicely.
