@TheTechAdvancer Put it into photoshop select your banner crop it out to the pixel width of youtube 960X150
Save that individual part as a new file and then use it. If you're still confused I will have a tutorial very soon on how to do it. I know exactly what you are asking.

i tried but:
1- when i put it on the channel the map is always shifted to the right compared to the image
2- when i click on the link it always appear a blue orrible rectangle around the button... how can i eliminate it???
