Update: Massena Officer Brandon Huckle Under Internal Investigation for Property Damage Resigned

🗒PBM Police Incident Report: MASSENA — A Massena police officer has resigned following an incident in March 2021 where officer Brandon Huckle reportedly intentionally damaged a car.

Huckle’s disciplinary file says he was cited in 2016 for violating police policies governing “obedience to rules of conduct,” “adherence to department rules,” “conduct unbecoming” and “conduct and behavior.

In the 2017 incident, he was cited for violating police policies governing “conduct unbecoming,” “public statement or appearance,” “conduct and behavior,” “respect for fellow officers and employees” and “private conduct.”

Absolutely he should be held liable for any damage you did right there. It's quite obvious it was deliberate and malicious.
This is the type of officer that destroys an innocent homeowners home while trying to serve and arrest warrant. But then our courts in their infinite wisdom say the homeowner isn't entitled to damages, because of qualified immunity.
