You need to use something more thin. If you use something thick, there will be plenty of time for the liquid to spill out if the cup to cause a huge mess.

I think the reason it didn’t work is because it’s a fizzy drink. Moving it in the quick transition (flipping the cup quickly) made it fizz and leak
