I hate this is happening to her & scared this may make her spiral as in past. If Lizzo was not rich this would not be as big. This is what happens in the real world when the line between employee and boss gets crossed. Once you reprimand...accusations and retaliation starts. Have seen this so many times in corporate and as owner of my own businesses. This is why you can't take people with you as people will destroy you for a piece of change

I don't condone this type of behavior, but I feel like there is more to this story than meets the eye. I think there may be more culpability on the employees part than is being stated. The truth more likely lies in the middle.
