Creamy Tuscan Ravioli

Hey guys! Welcome back to my channel! Today we are cooking up an Italian meal. I love Italian food and I wanted to share a recipe that I found online. All ingredients will be down below. I did not use all the ingredients listed from the website but it still turned out tasty! I'll also share some wonderful pics and videos of our trip to Rome!

Ingredients

2 tablespoons butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
½ teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
¼ cup chicken stock (or vegetable, see notes)
1 cup EACH: heavy cream
2 (9-10 ounce) package of ravioli (see notes)
⅓ cup sun-dried tomatoes, packed in oil (reserve 1 tablespoon oil)
Freshly grated parmesan cheese + parsley for topping + fresh baby spinach

Instructions
BOIL: Add water and a bit of salt to a pot and bring to a boil. The salt is to ad flavor. After water has boiled add in your ravioli. Cook for 1-2 minutes until waters bubbly and ravioli starts to rise. Afterwards, drain ravioli and set to the side.

SAUCE: Add the butter and the 1 tablespoon of sun-dried tomato oil to a pan. Stove should be on medium heat. After the oil and butter have melted add in your minced garlic. Mix all ingredients together. Now add the onion powder, Italian seasoning, lemon juice, chicken stock, heavy cream, and sun-dried tomatoes to the pan. Let the ingredients heat for 2 -3 minutes.

Now add ravioli in with the sauce. Mix all ingredients evenly. Now add in your basil, baby spinach and parmesan cheese to finish the meal off.

There are many different types of ravioli for you to chose from but I chose the four cheese.
