Difference between Bailment and Pledge | Sheenam Kataria

In Bailment, One person delivers his goods to other person And in Pledge also, one person delivers his goods to another person.
That's why most of you get confused between Bailment & Pledge and end up thinking them the same.
But there is a lot of difference between the two which I have explained in this video. I hope it you.

sowyyyy to assume you wrong but i think that you are teaching wrong i just had a glimpse of ur writings and the stuffs you had written is unfortunately wrong. i can provide you the right one. the only mistake i saw was"transfer of goods from one person to another for a specific purpose" this is the correct one instead of what you have written. plz do check it once if i am wrong i just thought of sharing as we can comment. don't take it as offensive...! do check it once plz.
