Demystifying Chairing & Coordinating

This recorded workshop from Fall 2022 Flex Week at Grossmont College reviews the duties of department charis and coordinators and some general advice on how to collaborate with key people around campus on different aspects of the job. It is co-presented by a group of resource people. It is intended for people who want to know more about what being a department leader entails if they are thinking of taking on that role and/or new or even experienced chairs who would like to review best practices.
