First, L1 speed boost is not new, Krasi. Second, it is actually realistic in real life to beat your marker with acceleration in 1v1 situation, so this should not be nerfed whatsoever, especially when you are accelerating into space. Third, if it's going get nerfed (which I'm sure it will since the "community" have moaned about these things being not realistic and too arcadey hence we got these last 5 years of atrocity in gameplay) then it will be the same old cycle of a lot of patches that will make the gameplay very different between launch version and December/January version.

In summary, L1 speed boost should not be nerfed but we should be able to defend it properly by defending the space as a team/unit (manual defending). Those who are not manually defending should get punished by L1 speed boost into space and these are usually the kind who moans about this.

It s actually s shit. This game is supposed to be about the beauty of football. Passing, tactics, tiki taka, tight gaps, but hold on..we have an OP move which triggers your player in a dumb straight line...it s been 20 up years since they release this game and never balanced. Shit. EA really sucks with their meta OP glitches.
