How to create explosive snowballs with ONE command! MCPE

This is PE/BE (i dunno if this works in java)

The command:

/execute as @e[type=snowball] positioned as @e[type=snowball] if block ~~-1~ grass run summon tnt_minecart ~~~ ~~ minecraft:on_instant_prime

Replace the "grass" by any block you want

"I HAVE A PROBLEM"

P: Sometimes it doesn't do anything
A: Either you throw it too far away or the snowball got "killed" before the command got executed. Just add more repeating command blocks where you want to throw it till it works every time

P: I can't give myself a command block
A: Activate the freaking cheats and enable commands

P: It doesn't work and in the repeating command block it says: Syntax error Unexpected:
A: You didn't write the command right or you are on a server or on java/an old version of the game
