Only been studying NFTs for a week and I am stunned at reading these comments. Are all of you guys just lonely or need to be a part of something or think this NFT thing is real?
Do all of you realize that all you have done is create a tiny stock market with NO rules and No regulations with crooks and scams written into the foundation. Please tell me that you guys do understand that the art work itself has no legal value. I just don't get it. People complain that "somebody stole my ape and made copies of it". Do any of these people realize that the art only represents a teeny tiny chunk of space/territory/property/data of virtually no value on a blockchain? The only thing that gives any of this stuff value is you guys drooling over how cool and how many pixels your ape has. THESE PICTURES ARE WORTHLESS! And sadly every one of you will find that out in the future. Or maybe not, as long as there are thousands of you banding together and declaring that what you hold has value.

What's the actual purpose of owning the ape? Is it simply to become part of a community or it this to later resell your ape at a profit?
