It's always been better when you simulate everything you explaining in Infoblox instead of reading out from PPT. You were amazing in previous slides where you used Infoblox to show practically what you were explaining. It has taken me more than 3 days to partially understand your this specific slide. I just want to precise one thing, that in 36:30 where there is a list of what happens with the facebook thing there is missing 1 part.
Between point 2 and 3, there should be 1 more point about checking the local o/s resolver cache. If entry is present in the o/s resolver cache, there will be no need to check with the dns.
PS C:\Users\gref> (ipconfig /displaydns |select-string -Pattern "sample1" -Context 5)[1]

> Record Name . . . . . : sample1.greg.inf
Record Type . . . . . : 1
Time To Live . . . . : 28504
Data Length . . . . . : 4
Section . . . . . . . : Answer
A (Host) Record . . . : 192.168.1.1
So for next 28504 seconds, there will be no need to check again who has sample1.greg.inf
