The lower the hertz/fps makes u stickier to walls and u don’t jumó as high so u run fast bc u don’t jump as much as u would normally run

I play on 72 hz and I can branch and wall run perfectly fine since I practiced, also little tip the higher the hertz above 72 the better it is for branching the lower the hertz then 72 makes it better for walls.

Edit: I dont recommend going top low like u did in the video lol, another reason why its looking laggy is because ur most likely using anything else from quest link which its kinda recommended to use a cord if u play on steamvr
