I am so glad that your channel came up in my feed! I have had Peyronies Disease for the past 20 years or so. I have a plaque on the middle left side of my penis and I remember the day it occurred during rough sex one night but I had no idea that ramifications that this would have. To be fair, I think over the years, it has actually improved somewhat. I'm 56 now and I think with aging my penis is slightly smaller although I notice that my penis became slightly smaller after the injury. I tried a medical grade pump for about 6-8 months but to be honest I don't think it gave me any long term gains. The option of surgery that I was given at the time mean that the length of my penis would decrease by an inch so I declined. Anyway it's good to know that over the past 20 odd years that there are more less invasive options than surgery today. Thank you for sharing and I have just subbed. All the best!

#1 I went to Dollar General . #2 I purchased a lengthy hair tie along with some wooden beads sold in the craft section . #3 I went to Harbor Freight and purchased a 19mm socket . #4 I tied a knot at one end o've the lengthy hair ties . #5 With the aid o've paper clip, I straighten the clip leaving one side like a hook . Utilizing a total o've 3 beads and the hook section o've the clip the lengthy hair tie passes through the first bead . #6 I inserted the 19mm socket followed by 2 additional beads . The second o've the three holds the socket in place, while the third is utilized to tighten around penis near the pelvic area inter changing with the head area . During the initial stage (s) minutes later I experience a sudden and intense warm to hot pulling sensation on my right leg nerve . I remove the mandingo apparatus quickly allowing for the now stretched nerve to adjust, only to reattach it at a later time or day, for this method must be implemented in a conservative manner . Three month into the traditional method, the curve is still present just gain a couple o've centimeters length . While I did experience temporary emotional distress, the peyronies condition never affected my libido . Viewing programs through out, including political talk, everyone seems to grab the microphone directing it to their preferred setting, Hey Girl " YOU " can straighten and talk into the microphone anytime ! Thank you Jehovah God for listening to my prayers over this condition!

Thank you Dr Rachel, I have had Peyronies for almost a year and Dr I saw recommended that collagen shot, which I am not a fan of having anything injected in my penis nor any type of penis surgery. I am not happy with her recommendations. I live in the metro Atlanta area. Can you recommend a Dr in my area or provide a link where I may purchase the device in this video for traction correction?

Interesting video - thanks Dr Ross. My advice to guys is do NOT have surgery on your penis. My advice however is almost 30 years old and relates to the Nesbit Procedure, which ruined my life aged just 18, when I hadn't even had sex. As a teen I had low self-esteem and also had what I now know was actually just a natural curve in my penis. This was pre-internet and I convinced myself and my doctor that it was Peyronies, largely based on an article I stumbled on in a magazine. I ended up having the Nesbit Procedure which, yes, left me with a slightly straighter penis (because they basically cut a chunk out of one side), but also radically reduced my sensitivity and left me with permanent discomfort. I had no idea what I was getting myself into and it all left me drifting in and out of DARK mental territory - which is on-going. The kicker almost 30 years later I then developed actual Peyronies aged 45 and after even more pain I now have a crazy upwards bend which I almost can't stand to look at. The whole thing at age 18 simply buried me and only now am I trying to get organised with trauma counselling for the events of 30 years ago. DON"T HAVE SURGERY ON YOUR PENIS. With me they started by using a scalpel to cut through THE most sensitive part under the head to be able to de-sheath the penis and in that one single cut they ruined me forever. I will never EVER experience full sexual pleasure, just a very muted version, and I feel literally half dead as a result because life is about experiencing the world. DON"T HAVE SURGERY. Caveat is that maybe I just had a terrible surgeon or perhaps the procedure has been revised over time and also maybe there are other surgical options that work better than Nesbits. Oh how I wish these videos were available when I was that lost 18 year old kid. You're doing people a good service by posting them Dr Ross and it's helped me understand what options might be available for my Peyronies.
