I have this a workphone I got from the company I work for, and I can truly say that this phone will raise your anger levels drastically. If the screen is slightly wet, like sweaty fingers etc, everything just goes to hell. It’s like there is a ghost living in the phone. DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE!

I feel like people who are recommending this phone are just trolling. I mean, i know there are people who just doesn't need much from a smartphone but the A02 shouldn't be good enough even for them. If you don't have much money don't go for Samsung, there are better options in this price range.

I bought this phone and i regret it. It started to lag a month after buying it. The camera is crap. Using the flash and the photos are pitch black. Youtube crashes so often. Whatsapp camera is zoomed in and i cant do anything about it. I paid almost $600 for this thinking it was good and it wasnt. I bought it only in September 2021 and i wish i could return it and get my money back

The Galaxy A01 is the record holder for sales in Brazil The A02 is the next sales champion. This is because technological things in the country are one the most expensive on the planet and many Brazilians are unable to buy more expensive items, so they prefer the basic ones.
It is the sad reality in the country. To buy an IPhone in the country for example you have to work almost 1 year to be able to buy. This is just an example.

I think that Samsung instead of making A02 core and getting confused with A2 core which was released in 2019, they went with a A02s which is the like a normal version and made A02 as a bad version which is closer to what A core version is

I think this is why they made the a02s version before the regular model, we should have known.

They could have retain the same SOC and most consumers would let it slide.
It's quite depressing that most of the Galaxy A(x)2 series are downgrades compared to the A(x)1 series, spec by spec.

I have this phone. It cost me 60 dollars and is great. Awesome 3 cameras with HDRI low lighting. It is a phone, not a laptop or a game system. Plays HD movies from my quarter Terabyte SD card. Fast internet. Switching from my old phone was a breeze with the app, got everything transfered.
Cricket is my carrier. There is nothing wrong with it. I use it as a Google GPS too.
He must have crappy service or something.
He uses his phone as a TV.
