In its debut year, palkia vstar could pair up with ice rider, inteleon shady dealings
In its 2nd year, it paired up with chien pao (no need baxcalibur), iron valiant ex, gholdengo ex
In its final year, it can pair up with terapagos, wellspring mask ogerpon to maximise its attack with the effect of Area Zero underdepths

Your actually hitting 380 cause each benched Pokémon adds a extra 20, 8 benched on your side adds an extra 160, plus an extra 8 on your opponents side adds another 160, which makes 320, plus base 60 = 380

Off topic, but I observed that most decks nowadays no longer play Professor's Research. Is Research a bad card now?

When there is no more shady dealings for water deck, jewel seekers is a good option for Tera deck
