Every single optimization guide for Cold War is just someone saying "turn everything to low".

I don't need a guide for that. I want the guide to give me an example of the the performance hit of the different settings and a comparison of the visual quality of the different settings.

I have rtx 3070, i9-10900KF. I have every option on high and ultra except Shadows which are on Medium. I have enabled the ray tracing on ultra ( every option of it) and i set the DLSS on performance. Also motion blur is turned on and set it on high. Finally i got 120-130 average fps. But i was kinda struggling when i set dlss to mode Quality or balanced ( do not use balanced it doesn't worth it.) Actually the difference is nothing. Everything is same, except the fps. I had 80-120 fps per game. But likely i solved it!!!

for me i have to keep anti aliasing on high because i really dont like the way they added the film grain into the game its really distracting especially in the menu
