Here is how to change the brake pads on a car. This video shows me changing brake pads on a 2005 Subaru Impreza. The brake pads are easy to replace. Just remove the bolt at the bottom of the caliper and swing it upwards to remove the brake pads and then put on new pads, replace the bolt, and you're done. It is very easy to replace the brake pads on a car. This video will show you how to change the brake pads on a car.
Here's where you can get a Subaru repair manual:

Dude, that was the easiest brake pad replacement video I’ve ever seen. Good job man! Oh, and thanks.

Instead using a piece of wood for depressing the Pistons I always used one of the old brake pads that way it compresses both at the same time.

Thank you for this.

I'm not a car person. I spent years riding motorcycles, and the change process is very different on the bikes I rode. I was trying the way I knew when my wife pushed her phone with this video in front of my face. Much easier.

It always looks very simple and straightforward on YT but inevitably when I get going, bolts are frozen or there is some obstacle(s) that have to be overcome. So after buying parts and screwing with it for a good long while and not fixing anything, I’ll bring it to a mechanic who will have it back to me in a day or so. Sometimes knowing I’m a total idiot where mechanics are involves is a good thing.

Everyone remember to grease the back side of the pad and the guide pins if they need it

You forgot to relighting the brake fluid "tank". Also those rotors would be good to show how they wear and when they should be changed. But a good easy video for beginners to follow along with. Apart from the 2 things I mentioned its detailed and clear without all the inbetween shit that can confuse people, nice e work
