Idaho governor announces eight weeks of paid leave for new foster parents
Idaho Gov. Brad Little announced Aug. 6, 2024, he has directed all executive branch entities in Idaho to offer eight weeks of paid parental leave for new foster parents. “Right now, we have more children in need of a foster family than we have families to help them,” he said. “We are seeking to change that.’
