Was driving back home today and stopped by a local food truck, I used to come to a lot back in high school, right after band practice.

We were some of the first customers at this place and the owner never forgot us. Today, 8 years later, I work, got a job in another country, and don’t come back home very often.

I was just about to order my sandwich and the owner said “always the double cheeseburger right?”, got back in the car and this song started playing out of nowhere… I started crying like I didn’t in years.
