Grammy-winning singer Naomi Judd dies at 76

Naomi Judd, a Grammy-winning singer and mother of Wynonna and Ashley Judd, has died at 76.

This is so heartbreaking. Naomi was so beautiful and talented. She endured a rough life but made it to the top with her talent. Love and prayers go out to Wynnona and Ashley. She had a beautiful heart.

I am personally hurt by Naomi's loss ..Certainly I appreciated her music but I loved her because she was real and just seemed to love everyone and I believe she did . Naomi was like family to so many of us and every one of us wanted to help if possible . My respects and love to the family. .As fans we have lost a loving friend and entertainer but they have lost their mom and nothing hurts more ..I love you guys

This makes me so sad. The Judds were a part of my country music conversion in the 80's. So very sorry to hear that Naomi lost her battle to mental depression. She is so loved and will be missed deeply

When I first heard of Naomi Judd I thought she was a very, pretty lady. She looked more like a movie star that should be, in movies. I was surprised when she publicly came out, some years back, and talked about the debilitating illness she had, because she still looked like the picture of health. I hadn't heard much of her since then, so I figured no news is good news, and figured she was alright. So I was saddened to hear of her death. She has two beautiful daughters, Wynonna the star singer, and Ashley the star actress. So she did a fine job, as a mother. She had the sweetest, warmest smile.

I won't pretend to know them. But I know her situation. I fear her death was intentional, and I pray have to eat crow and regret saying that. HOWEVER... I seen her latest interviews and she was so puffy, depressed and in pain. I can just look at her and see that she was insecure. She knew tomorrow(Hall of Fame night) was going to put her in the spot light for a brief time. She knew what people were going to say. She knew the bashing of her appearance wouldn't go away soon.
I pray she's okay now. RIP NAOMI. The world loves you.
