One of the tubes pulled out of mine the first time I went through thick leather. It punched the hole and when I opened it the tube stayed stuck in the leather. I have had it a week.

That being said, Tandy has a guarantee on all of our tools.  If the tool breaks, please bring it back to one of our stores so we can replace it for you!

I love Tandy but I have to say I bought one of these and it lasted about 10 holes, They just don't last

Can you replace the tubes if one gets bent?  Also, how do you clean the tubes out?
