#shorts In this video I explain the biggest mistake to avoid when onboarding new web design clients. If you go into the project assuming you've got a new client, it gets really difficult to figure out a way not to work with that client if they raise a bunch of red flags. I think that's a problem that a lot of web designers make. If you go into the discovery call I'm going to find out who this client is, what they're all about, and if we're going to be a fit together, then that is a much better approach if you have to move in another direction.
