Why the hell is it our job to try to teach full grown men how to behave. So marriage is a gift we threw away? What a joke. Men do not want to be told what to do. Men do what they want to do. Throw alcohol or drugs into the mix and the wife has a real party then. Women were tired of doing it all and never being heard. Expected to work. Take care of children. Run the household all with minimal help. Please tell me more how raising a man in this "marriage" benefits me.

I agree with him. In a monogamous relationship is a beautiful thing and the way God designed it. My husband and I were married just short of 44 years this year until he passed away in March. He was my soul mate and even now 10 months later I still can't imagine myself with any one else . I now focus on my children and grandchildren and my church family. They are my strength. Without God it would be unbearable .

Wrong. I married a scoundrel who was cleaver to pull me in but was unfaithful and emotionally abusive. It nearly destroyed me but I am too strong for that. After divorce I went to college and earned twice as much as he did. Staying single and very happy. Would not trust another man for my happiness.
