Dailying a 93 Acura Integra

It’s been a year and a half since I bought my Integra, and I began using it as a daily shortly after. It’s got its ups and downs, but like any other Honda I’ve ever owned, it’s reliable and keeps going. Check out my earlier video on this if you want to see more.

Who cares if people think you are broke, drive what you like, not what society wants

I love it. I drive old stuff as it's just better. Cheaper to fix, simpler, fun, cheaper to buy and a sense of pride to keep your machine going over others that need a new one all the time

I drive an 89 accord LXi, it needs quite the work to get it running tip top condition but it drives alright for a what it's got. Just passed 300k miles a month ago, drives me anywhere local just fine. Honda just knew how to make these cars right!

I vividly remember going with my father to buy a new Integra in 1988. It was light metallic blue with a manual transmission. My mother had a sedan Integra in I think 1990. My brothers first car was a 1992 Integra coupe. My first car was a 1993 Integra coupe, until I moved on to a 1995 (the next gen) Integra 😂
Needless to say these are great cars and they treated my family well. It was a nice throwback to see your video, please keep it on the road! 👍🏼👏🏼

I've been daily driving a 91 civic lx sedan for the past 16 years, and I don't see that changing any time in the future. You definitely have a jem of an integra. Keep her healthy and on the road.

Bought a 92 Integra db1 brand new, and drove it as my daily for 23 years. 400, 000 km, so reliable, loved the handling, but finally decided to get a new car just for a change. Still had the original clutch.

Always glad to see DA content! Been getting compliments and stares (good ones i think) when i roll around in mine or even at the last carmeet i went too. People i think are becoming very nostalgic for this car, much like the 300ZX and other late 80s/early 90s Japanese Imports. Shoot i've even been getting people offer to buy my car in the middle of traffic. Anyways keep up the vids man! The DA is looking solid!

"The clutch catches a little high..."

Yes. Yes it does.

Love it. And 100% agree how the gears just glide into position when you're downshifting. Sorry to hear about the brake caliper issue but sounds like you've had a pretty worthwhile 13, 000 miles out of this car! Keep on rolling!

Had a few early 90's Integras. 200k miles on most and maybe an alternator or axle needs replacing. Could beat on one all day if you wanted and kept ticking. Great cars.
