After World War II and as Singapore began to emerge as a major international centre, its architecture too began to be shaped by international trends such as brutalism and postmodernism. Now, with the Singaporean government investing in a number of striking and iconic building projects to attract foreign tourists and strengthen Singapore’s position on the global stage
