Recipe for 2 Sticks of Rock Candy:

3 Cups Sugar
1 Cup Water

-Dissolve Sugar in Water over medium heat.

-Bring to a boil, let simmer 5 minutes.

-Remove from heat, add food colouring and flavor if desired.

-Dip sticks/skewers into the sugar/water mixture, coat with granulated sugar. Set aside and let the sticks dry atleast 1 hour.

-Pour mixture into mason jars, let cool to room temperature.

-Add sugar coated sticks to the jars using clothes pins to hold them in place. Make sure the sticks are about 1 inch from touching the bottom.

-Wait at least 7 days before removing.

-Enjoy! 😋🍬
