Hotel Saravana Bhavan Tomato Chutney

This recipe was shared by ‘SB Anna’ in Delhi as I requested.. It’s actually a lovely combination of little sweetness and tanginess..
Method:
- oil roast red chilly 5 ( I used 3 ) , 1 small garlic clove, one drop of tamarind (should be very very very little enough to find)
- transfer it to blender
- fry one big onion , one big tomato .. tomato should be little more than onion but not much more .. like in the ratio of 100:125gm.
- cook till it becomes mushy
- meanwhile prepare thick coconut milk of 2 tablspn
- now grind the chilly mixture first, then add in onion tomato mixture with little salt .. finally pour in coconut milk and whip for 3 secs.. chutney turns little lighter in colour
- temper some mustard seeds and add in
- serve with your favourite breakfast .
