Victoria is like Xeng Xiao, they were idols in Korea but they got offers in china and stay there because they pay is better, they can be close to their families and other reasons like they have to compete with several members for the spotlight but in China they are soloist, actresses or just entertainers and the training system is still better in Korea so they are a cut above the general celebrities in terms of training and talent

I saw this one food youtube channel do a piece on a restaurant that was co-owned and ran by a former KPOP idol. I think they sold ribs and barbeque meat and stuff in America. She was apparently really big too. Or that one story of an idol becoming a parcel delivery worker. Think there's many more stories like these.
