0:19 He was 7 moves away from winning, then did 45 moves and almost finished :). I don't blame you though, it's easy to get stuck near the end. If you solve the 15 puzzle >10 times, you start to pick up on the simple little tricks that make it easy to solve, and then you never get stuck again.
