The Forgotten Tech in Brawl is Absurd

Показать описание
What kind of ancient, mystical tech is hidden within Super Smash Bros. Brawl? Almost every character has something special - tag along as I break it all down and showcase Brawl’s uniquely-defined skill expression.

Music used:
Intro / Knockout City - Beat Feet n Bounce
-1:41 / Castlevania Dracula X - Stage 1: Bloodlines
-5:06 / Ridge Racer Type 4 - Naked Glow
-6:34 / NEO The World Ends with You - Wander Around Shibuya
-8:58 / Anarchy Reigns - Gotta Get The Cash (an instrumental version I found on YouTube)
-11:29 / VALORANT - Main Menu Music (Episode 4 Act 3)
-Outro / Super Smash Bros. Brawl - All-Star Rest Area

Some notes/interesting info from the comments:
-at 3:09, I was told that the clip I used was reskinned Brawl, but some people looked into it more & found out it's actually PM. The info is still accurate, just not quite as effective as shown.
-at 6:01, the Sonic tech "can be done from aerial spin charge (ASC/down-B) by pressing C stick to the side midair or by pressing c stick very slightly after releasing the side-B and right as the hop starts," courtesy of @ratchetkadenson9262
-at 5:47, the MK Quicktilt is *technically* not "character-specific" and is, instead, a result of the buffering system. also courtesy of @ratchetkadenson9262
-at 7:14, there has apparently been a newer(very slightly easier) way of performing the Dragonic Reverse. "You can actually do the inputs slightly differently: jump - jump + a works better than trying to do 3 seperate inputs, for the second action (jump + a) you can actually also combine it with holding a direction since reversing also works with moves like bair, dair, fair, etc. A suggestion is to use X or Y combined with the A button. If you miss the frame 1 version, I think it also works on frame 3, just not on frame 2 as you showed off in the vid." courtesy of @BrawlCentral
-"Regarding the chain jacket glitch(at 10:15); it turns out there's a fairly consistent setup involving buffering needle charge and cancelling that needle charge immediately with a shield input, if you side b after you should be in the jacket state, this also works if you just run off the bottom platforms on battlefield." also courtesy of @BrawlCentral
-For the Pikachu segment, I said “true infinite” but @imESAM says it’s actually SDI-able(and therefore not technically an infinite, since they can eventually escape). That’s my mistake! Pikachu is still very cool though :)
-Bowser players in the comments have said that Koopa Hopping was actually fairly useful in Bowser’s kit, so I’d probably bump that tech up to “useful.” Apparently it gives his jump a tiny bit more height? Really cool stuff!
-5:37 Quick minor note, the Pokemon Trainer quick-switching was called "Baton Passing" by PT mains! -courtesy of @XylessBrawl
-8:43 Lucas's jump tech was formally called "Zap Jump," which I meant to include (in parenthesis) but forgot. -also courtesy of @XylessBrawl

I strive for accuracy on these videos, but I'm not perfect! It can be hard to source information on this game. I also get a lot of info from character specialists in the comments, and try to update info here for accuracy, clarity, & archival purposes. Thanks for watching :)
