I enjoyed watching your video and minutes later made the burger exactly the way you did except I never heard of the whiskey powder. Now I can snort whiskey? Lol! Just kidding! So I replaced it with Montreal Steak seasoning. I had the BBQ Sauce my hubby had ketchup. Absolutely DELICIOUS! I’ll gladly pay you two Swiss mushroom/onion burgers for one today….and everyday!!!😂
