DJs these days have more tools, allowing for deeper and more enriching mixes. sync buttons take nothing away other than stress. I agree that it comes down to the spinner; all the bells and whistles in the world mean nothing if there's no appreciation for the music.

If you know how the ns7 works, you can clearly see i was using the pitch controls. Havent touch that annoying sync button in years. Thanks for the view though.

wow the haters on here, hey i used to spin 20yrs ago still can with vinyl but when you do a set and have your loops running i bet you have them pitched matced same thing as the sync, hey its the times now all these new cd players and controllers have sync buttons even in the dj software, you can have all the sync buttons in the world you still need to know the music and when the breaks are and how to blend the music

Dude when it comes down to it the crowd does not care. They just want to hear good music and dance. If you use the sync button so be it. I can promise you every big name in the music industry has buttons quantized when in the studio and when playing live sets. No reason not to.
