The HP Omnibook Ultra Flip 14 is a nice laptop unless you have a problem that requires warranty service.  Holy moly is HP bad at it.  Everyone from broken links on Web pages and emails, way outdated content, no chat or email support, horrible auto attendant phone system, inaccurate repair status information, etc.  For example, my laptop was delivered for repair two weeks ago and the repair status still shows "Your product has not yet been received by HP" and that's after a week in shipping because HP used FedEx ground to ship from Pennsylvania to California. Three weeks and I still have no idea when my device might be returned. And, even if they shipped it today, it would take another week to get back to me meaning they'd have my device for a month minimum!
