I love this boat! It's so practical and uses space efficiently without having to give up on (too much) comfort. The three cabin layout sounds like it would be too much of a good thing though, I enjoy myself a nice owner-operated yacht with a main cabin that's roomy enough and allows you to do more than just sleep. Especially in the northern waters, you'll want a space separate from the main interior without the need to go outside on the deck.
