My body muscles are literally always aching. Gone for a couple of physio sessions but the effect has never been long term.
And now thanks to this video I now understand that probably my stress shows in my body muscles alot. Wow! Very informative

My father-in-law just had a heart attack last weekend. He had some chest pain and began to have cold sweats. He called an ambulance and they came right away and told him he saved his own life. Had he waited (or laid down for a nap like he wanted to) he'd not be with us. As this video says, _much_ better safe than sorry.

Here's my story. I started on an exercise regimen, and I noticed that as I did the exercises I would start to feel a funny feeling in the middle of my chest. Once I stopped exercising that funny feeling would subside. During the week when I went to work I would climb the stairs to my second-floor office every day. I started to notice that I had that odd feeling in my chest when I got to the top of the stairs every day. Eventually I reported by symptoms to the doctor, and that led to an angioplasty and a stent.

Hey Doc. I was wondering if you could do a video on military neck and the loss of curvature for the cervical area along with exercises and chances of getting that curvature back.

Is it better to stretch neck muscles passively from supine position or from sitting position ?

for the past 7 months i've had heart palpitations, chest pain, tightness and intrascapular pain, aching in my left shoulder, on the top and deep in the rotator cuff, pains down my left bicep, and pins and needles in my hand. i've also had completely ice cold hands and feet since all this began.
i've also lost 25KG in body weight, mostly contractile tissue i've built over the years (wanted to do England's strongest man) and for this whole 7 months i've been unable to exert myself or exercise in any meaningful way. what muscles are left are incredibly weak and don't function properly, it's odd finally experiencing actual "muscle weakness", i sort of feel like my CNS is taxed 24/7 or something, too.
I've called and seen the doctors a few times about it, but both were very reluctant to help at all. it's hard to convey the urgency of what you're feeling when you're relegated to a "guess the diagnosis" appointment over the phone. i've been put on a waiting list until june for an appointment with a consultant hopefully for a proper scan... but i'm quite miffed and worry my issue will just continue to worsen. i've even had a nurse looking at my irregular heartbeat then tell me it may be "anxiety". i get that the NHS has been strapped, but the flippancy with which a handful of clinicians have dealt with this has knocked my confidence. i just hope none of this is related to being a long-hauler of the bizarre pathogen.
sorry for the essay. thank you for your videos, i used to watch you for rehabbing back when i could lift weights.

In the last month, my chest pain has been on left side and sometimes the location changes near my left arm. I have been to the ER twice and ran some test with the cardiologist. All normal!
At this point, I'm presuming its muscle related or nerve related? I'm reaching out to you because I can't make any sense of it. Especially considering this occurs daily and even the days I don't
exercise or workout? Please advise

Question (disclaimer I don't hold you to anything that you say in reply to me I realize this is just a hypothetical conversation between 2 people and that if anything happens to me I am solely responsible for myself and you are in no way to be held accountable for anything that happens to me.)

With that said what do you think this pain I've had literally all my life could be? I've gone to the DR when I was 10yrs old and they didn't find anything and it started when I was a unhealthy kid but remained throughout my life even as an athlete training 5x a week and being extremely fit nothing got rid of it and what "it" is is hard to explain

Best way I can put it is when a person you like or love hurts you by breaking your heart and you receive this information and it hits you like a Mac truck to where you literally feel pain in your chest kinda around the heart that literal heart break pain THATS the exact feeling of pain I get in my heart/chest at random but usually when I'm not doing much like if I'm home chilling or out doing something that's not very active and I'm not a stressed person I'm generally content and happy it seems to be not effective by mood or physical health .

I have mild chest pain, in different places on the left side, which feels a bit like I'm recovering from a chest workout. When I jog or walk, the problem does not get worse and in fact may actually improve. I'm also feeling anxiety a lot of the time and have the urge to want to deep breathe a lot. I feel like I'm not getting enough oxygen into my body. I do have an asymmetrical pelvis and flat feet which has caused me many muscular issues all the way up to my skull and have been told its to do with this, in particular, to do with the diaphragm. Can problems with the diaphragm cause this chest pain and anxiety feeling? I'm currently waiting for my custom made orthotics to arrive. Thanks.
