Well, I’m in southwestern Ontario and I woke up to light rain and looked at the weather network on my phone and it’s calling for light rain for a couple days but it won’t amount to much. And no, I don’t have any snow on my yard or anywhere now or for a while now.
Nothing’s ever been flooded in my town and it would definitely not affect my house no matter how hard it came down. I didn’t buy a house on a flood plane.

30-40mm (millimeter ) is 3-4cm. I’m pretty sure. That much water could easily go in drains.
