Thanks Dzan Ta for uploading the nice and clear video with important information. I just have a quarry:  you have linked Structural model in Architectural and saved it to central in BIM360 then  linked back the Architectural model (which already contain the structural linked).Is this ok for a regular workflow in a structural company?

This video saved my work after a long time of searching thanks a lot but I have a question about the linking, Could I link an A project to a B project and then link B to a C project and still be able to see A?? because every time I try this I get the A project not visible in BIM360 !!! however, I tried to set the link attachment instead of overlay but didn't work. is there any trick or something? Do you think there is something that has to be done with the worksets?? or publishing options??

I'm on my second project using BIM 360. So far, once you're all set up, it's fine. But getting everything all online and linked is an absolute nightmare. Autodesk is pushing this so hard, but they leave a lot to be desired in terms of help.

Is this considered live linking? If I want to link to an Arch file that's not live do I simply consume their files via collaboration in BIM 360 and use the 'Link Revit' to the new Arch file in the consumed folder?

What is the difference between creating a central model on a server vs in the cloud?

Also when creating a model what needs to be done? a. create worksets b. log into 360 from the web or c. open revit?
