Hello For qquestion number 2: Pain management, would his smyptoms point more towards a neuropathic pain? - possibly due to shingles or is it not? Why is it paracetamol then not TCA? thank you so much

Hi there, on the bnf it mentions that senna can be prescribed 7.5-15mg, for the first question would it be sufficient to prescribe 7.5mg?

Hi, for the fluids question where NaCl 0.9% was given rather than dextrose, is this because the glucose level was outside of the range of normal? And even with the sodium level being on the upper end of normal, it is still fine to give NaCl?

How did you know Cefotaxime in children = 50mg/kg/8-12hrs ?? Doesnt say that anywhere in BNF. Just adults.

For fluid rate of infusion of sodium chloride 0.9% - how is this rate known? Time point 21.25
Is this in the BNF? I have tried looking but have not found this information
